Clone & Import Creative Sets in Grabyo

Our new clone and import creative sets feature now streamlines workflows for teams who regularly reuse the same layouts, bumpers, and brand assets across multiple campaigns in live and social.

Whether you’re creating a new campaign for every event, spinning up annual folders, or managing shared brand elements across dozens of teams you can now lift, load, adjust, and publish, all without re-uploading assets or rebuilding your setups.

  • Reuse creative sets without needing to re-upload assets
  • Update campaigns efficiently when only a single asset changes
  • Anyone with campaign access can clone sets, no external file systems required

👇 How it works in Grabyo👇

From your Creative Set Manager, you can now choose to either clone or import a creative set.

Import allows you to bring a creative set in from another campaign.

Clone lets you duplicate an existing set within the same campaign.

From there, when you open a set, Grabyo automatically loads all its settings and assets into a modal, allowing you to make any changes you need before saving it as a new creative set.

To swap assets, simply select Change above any item to upload a new version or remove it entirely. The player will switch to the uploader automatically.
