What types of contract terms do you offer?
We offer a range of plans and contract lengths. You can sign up for a year, a month, or just a few days for an event you’re hosting. All of these come with different pricing plans and terms, get in touch with us to find out more.
What is your standard length of term?
You can sign up for a monthly rolling contract, which you can cancel at any time. Contact us to find out more about the discounts we can offer for extended term contracts.
Can I change my monthly commitment during the term?
The plans that are shown on our website give you the flexibility of monthly plans, plus additional usage hours on a flexible basis. For customers on Enterprise plans with hourly usage commitments, it is possible to change your plan at any time, based on the terms of your Order.
Does a contract include all Grabyo tools or can I choose the ones I want to use?
You do not need to pay for all of our amazing tools to use Grabyo. We will work with you to find out which ones you need at a budget that suits you.
What if I reach my usage limit?
Not to worry! You can adjust your usage limit at any time. We can increase it for busy periods, and then drop it back down to normal afterwards. You can upgrade your account at any time, or simply pay for the extra usage hours you need. If you want to upgrade on a longer-term plan just contact our team at hello@grabyo.com to find out more.
Can I track my usage each month?
Your monthly usage hours will be shown in your account and you can contact the Grabyo Customer Success and Support teams if you need more information.
What are the cancellation terms?
If you cancel during a subscription period, you will be charged for the full term and your account will be deactivated at the end of that period.
What happens if I have a technical problem? Do you offer support?
Of course! We have a dedicated team of customer success and technical support staff who are Grabyo experts and can help you with any problem. We also have an online help centre. Check out our plans for the level of support you may need.
What is the minimum internet connection I need to run the platform?
We are happy to give you a recommendation, but you may find you need more or less depending on what you’re using Grabyo for. Some things require more bandwidth than others. Broadly, we would recommend 5-6 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds as a minimum.
But again, this can and does vary. We have customers who have used Grabyo effectively with 2Mbps broadband or mobile internet connections.
Will my team need training?
We have designed Grabyo to be as easy to use as possible. Usually, our users only need about one hour of training, and then practice makes perfect! Enterprise plans include training, but we also have an online academy that covers all of the basics for anyone that signs up to use the service.
How many people can be logged on and using Grabyo at the same time?
All of your users can be logged on and working at the same time, they can collaborate on live productions or create video content from anywhere. Grabyo is a cloud platform with limitless scaling so it can support large teams accessing key features and production services concurrently.
Will you charge me extra for new features you release?
We will not charge you for upgrades and modifications for a product you already pay for. We also carry out regular platform-wide updates, bug fixes and optimizations that are free of charge. Your terms will indicate which services are included within your plan and you can upgrade at any time by contacting us at subscriptions@grabyo.com.
Will I be charged more for distributing to certain platforms?
No, all of our publishing destinations and integrations are included in your license. There is a limit of ten streaming destinations that you can use to deliver content, but please get in touch with us at hello@grabyo.com if you need more.
