In February we announced the first update to the new Grabyo Studio UI as part of our continuing focus to make Grabyo one of the easiest platforms to use. Now in our most significant update to date we’ve created some great new features that build on our values of putting speed and simplicity at the heart of what we do.
Schedule social media videos & expiration
The new scheduling options allow a user to edit a clip from a live stream or upload a video to Studio and schedule the post to share to chosen social accounts at a specified point in the future.
- Schedule – Select a time and date to schedule a video post. The video will saved in the Campaign Library and shared at the specified date and time to the social accounts chosen when the post is created.
- Expiration – The ability to select a clip expiry date enables clips to be automatically removed from Twitter and Facebook at a specified time / date in the future. This feature enables content owners to distribute clips within a rights window and have those clips removed from social platforms without further manual intervention.
An elegant, visual view of streams and campaigns, making it easier to switch between streams and share clips to different campaigns. This offers greater flexibility for customers that want to serve different CTAs, brand sponsorship/ads and bumpers around clips. In addition, the Campaign Library now contains a ‘Share history’ enabling users to quickly review where clips have been shared to as well as a list of future scheduled posts.
In addition to content scheduling we’ve added keyword search functionality to the Campaign Library. The search function makes it easy to find, re-share and retire previously shared clips from your Library.
Increasingly clients want to share moments captured on a mobile device and share them to their audience on social media. Now with the new Mobile Uploader clients can shoot videos on their mobile and instantly upload them into Grabyo Studio for curation. moderation and social sharing. This feature is particularly useful for events (e.g. curation of behind the scenes moments shot on mobile) and aggregation of social video content from multiple digital producers and social media managers in the field (e.g. breaking news and updates from football club) – Discover Grabyo Studio mobile uploader now.
